Description
No. 63 Broad Street is an office building dating from around 1830, constructed of limestone ashlar and featuring a double-depth plan in the late Georgian style. The building has three storeys and an attic, with a single-window range. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shop front with a doorway on the right side, topped by a cornice and parapet. The first floor has tripartite windows with imposts and a pediment above 4/4-pane sash windows. The second floor features a cornice with horned plate-glass sashes, while the attic has a plain surround for 2/2-pane sashes. The interior has been largely remodelled in the mid-20th century.
