Description

Latch Farmhouse is a mid-19th century building constructed of red brick with a tiled roof that features gabled ends adorned with fretted wooden barge boards. It has large chimneys with three and four diagonal stacks, which rise from common square plinths and are topped with heavy cornices. The main facade, facing south, has a prominent central section that is advanced and topped with a large gable, flanked by smaller gabled side sections. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows that feature dripstone moulds and Gothic arched lights with casements.
