Little Oaks Cottage is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and features a modern one-storey extension on the east side. The original part of the cottage is two storeys high and has a half-hipped, thatched roof. On the ground floor, there are two window casements and square bay windows, along with a central porch. It is part of a group with The Rest and The Limes, which includes The White House, with The Limes being of local interest.
