Description
Lower Tunley Farm is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble brought to courses with freestone dressings and features a slate roof with raised coped verges. The building has two storeys and three windows, all of which are 16-light sashes with cills and flat surrounds. The corners of the house are marked by quoins, and there is a central door located behind a small 20th-century glazed lean-to porch that is supported by a hood on brackets. The rear elevation has similar windows, with the central window being lower than the others. Attached to the rear left is a yard wall that features a large flat arch lintel over the entry. The interior has not been inspected.
