Description

Fairhaven is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of ashlar and has a hipped slate roof. The house is two storeys high and originally comprised three bays, with a single-bay extension added to the right. It features two-light casement windows with stone mullions. A plat band runs around the building. A modern central door is set beneath an overlight, and is accessed via a cast-iron porch.
