Description

The K6 telephone box located outside the Old Police Station is a Grade II listed structure. This telephone kiosk was designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and was produced by various contractors. It is made of cast iron and features a square shape with a domed roof. The top panels have unperforated crowns, and the windows and door have margin glazing. The 'TELEPHONE' opals are intact.
