Description

Amoril House is an early 19th-century house situated on the south-east side of High Street, Bate Easton. The house is constructed of ashlar with a slate roof concealed behind a parapet and cornice. It has two storeys and four windows, featuring 12- and 16-pane glazing bar sashes. A cill band runs across the front. The central left-hand side features a six-panel door recessed within panelled pilasters, and covered by a flat stone hood supported on consoles. A low ashlar garden wall extends to the road, punctuated by four capped piers, with a gateway located centrally.
