Description

The wall of Crowe Hall, located on Church Street in Widcombe, is likely from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone, standing approximately 2 meters high and extending about 80 meters in length. The wall curves around, facing both Church Street and Church Lane. The coping is not visible due to overhanging shrubbery. This wall is included for its significant group value at the center of the old Widcombe village.
