Description

Pennard House, attached to the right of Piccadilly House, is a double fronted shop built in the late 18th century. It features painted limestone ashlar and has a double pitched pantile roof with moulded stacks on the left. The building has a double depth plan with a large 19th-century rear block.

The exterior consists of three storeys with an attic and a symmetrical three-window arrangement. It has a coped parapet and cornice, along with six-over-six pane sash windows. The 19th-century shopfront includes a cornice over the fascia, a wide overlight, and half-glazed double doors flanked by plate glass panes. There are also 19th and 20th-century windows on the right return. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have been altered.
