Description
The building is a thatched cottage, likely dating from the 18th century, although it may contain earlier interior features. It is constructed of painted flint with brick dressings and has a thatched, hipped roof at the west end. The cottage is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows. On the east end, there is one window. The north front features a porch with a thatched gable and small windows on its sides. Above the porch is one window, with four below, including an extension beneath the roof slope at the right end. A small chimney sits atop the hip. All windows are modern casements.
