Description
Tipnoaks is an early 19th-century building located on London Road in Hurstpierpoint. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with the ground floor having a rusticated finish. There is a string course, cornice, and parapet. Both floors have two curved windows with intact glazing bars. The building also includes a small porch.
