Description

Kent Cottage is a 16th-century building featuring two parallel ranges and two storeys. The exterior is constructed from Tunbridge Wells sandstone with ashlar detailing and has a tiled roof. It includes two windows and one window-space, all with intact glazing bars. The doorway is notable for its curved architrave above a six-panel door.
