Chantry House is a 17th century or earlier building located on the east side of The Green in Slaugham. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung and has a slight overhang. The roof is tiled, and the building has casement windows. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
