Description
College Farm Cottages, consisting of numbers 1 to 3, were built in 1878-9 and designed by architect William Butterfield. This single building has one storey and an attic, featuring three windows. The lower part is constructed of red brick with a diaper pattern of grey headers, while the upper section is roughcast with brick cogging in between. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casements. The first-floor windows are presented as gabled dormers, and there is a gabled porch at number 2.
