Butler's Farmhouse is a 15th-century timber-framed building with plaster infilling, and the ground floor has been rebuilt in painted brick. It features a hipped tiled roof and casement windows. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has two windows. There is a modern ground floor addition to the northwest.
