Description

Warhams is a restored 16th-century timber-framed house located off Pensfold Lane in Rudgwick. The ground floor has been rebuilt using red brick, while the upper stories retain timber framing with plaster infilling. The south end of the first floor projects and is supported by brackets. The roof is covered with Horsham slabs. Modern casement windows have been installed. A half-hipped first-floor projection, originally tile-hung, is now incorporated into an underbuilt section in the centre of the building. The house is two storeys high and has five windows.
