Warhams Cottage is an L-shaped barn and outbuilding that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It has been converted into a two-storey dwelling with three windows. The exterior is faced with weather-boarding, while the ground floor of the south wing is made of red brick. The roof is tiled, and the windows have been modernized.
