Description

Swains Farmhouse is a building located on Brighton Road in Woodmancote. It consists of two parallel ranges. The west range is a small timber-framed cottage from the 17th century or earlier, featuring brick infilling and a tiled roof with a pentice on the south side. It has two storeys and two casement windows, along with a chimney breast at the north end. The east range is an 18th-century addition, which is longer and lower in elevation, and is tile-hung.
