The east range dates from the 17th century or earlier and features timber framing with some decorative timbering on the first floor, although the ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic in the gable end, which includes bargeboards, four pendant features, and two tiers of lights; the three upper lights are original, while the two lower ones are modern.
