Description
Glebe Cottage is a mid-19th century building that includes a former Sunday School to the north-east, which is now connected to the house. It is a single-storey structure made of red brick with a tiled roof and features casement windows with latticed panes. The back, or north side, of Glebe Cottage displays some timber framing with plaster infilling, while the main or south front dates from the 18th century. This part of the building is two storeys high and has three windows, constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers and a stringcourse. The tiled roof features windows with Venetian shutters and intact glazing bars. The doorway is adorned with pilasters and has a modern shell hood, leading to a door with six fielded panels. There is also a modern addition on the east side that includes two matching windows.
