Wineham Cottage, located in the grounds of Pook's Farmhouse to the south-west of the house, was originally an outhouse that has been converted into a dwelling. This small 17th-century building features a timber frame with red brick infilling and has a tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has two modern casement windows.
