Description

This is an 18th-century building on the south-west side of Steyning High Street. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical facade of three windows. The building is constructed of red brick, topped by a cornice and parapet, and has a tiled roof. The ground floor has a single bay and a modern shop front on the south-east side. Original glazing bars are mostly intact. A doorway, set five steps up, is located between the bays and features engaged columns, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight.
