C17 or earlier timber-framed building with the timbering and red brick infilling exposed in ground floor of side wall but refaced in the C18 with red brick on ground floor and fishscale tiles above. Horsham slab roof with pentice behind. Sash windows with glazing bars intact. Two storeys. Three windows.
