Description

The Red House is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located in Rudgwick. The timber framing is exposed behind a façade of red brick and grey headers on the ground floor, with fishscale tiles above. It features a coved bressumer that is now covered by a tiled bellcast. The building has an eaves cornice and a tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has five casement windows with diamond-shaped panes.
