Lower Chickens Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building, which has mostly been refaced with red brick and stone on the ground floor, while the upper part is tile-hung. It features a Horsham slab roof and casement windows. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows. Inside, there are ceiling beams, good fireplaces, and panelling.
