Description

Mayfield Cottage and Rookery Cottage is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high and features four windows along with one window space. The structure is constructed of coursed stone with red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The northernmost window bay is entirely made of red brick and is likely an addition. The building has a hipped tiled roof, and the glazing bars are intact. There are two gabled porches on the property.
