Description

Austens is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of Tangmere Road. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with a brick cornice that has modillion detailing. The roof is modern, hipped, and covered with tiles. There is one sash window with glazing bars, while the other windows are also sash windows. The building has a gabled porch.
