Description

Ann's Cottage, Elm Grove and Dolphin Cottage are a group of former cottages, now arranged as three dwellings, dating to the 18th century. Elm Grove is dated 1734. The buildings comprise ten windows in total. Ann’s Cottage and Elm Grove have flint facades, painted, with a tiled roof. Dolphin Cottage is faced with painted brick and has a slate roof. Ann’s Cottage and Elm Grove are two storeys. Dolphin Cottage has two bays on the ground floor, and features a carriage archway to the west, with two windows above. All three cottages retain original glazing bars.
