Description

East Ferring House is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features five windows. The exterior is faced with knapped flints, complemented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. It has a cemented parapet and a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a stuccoed porch that contains a doorway flanked by pilasters and topped with a projecting cornice. A flint chimney breast is located on the north wall.
