Description

Nyton Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed building located on Nyton Road in Aldingbourne. The west wall features some exposed timbering, with painted rubble and flint infilling, while the front has been re-faced with flints and brick. The cottage has a thatched roof and casement windows, standing two storeys high with a total of four windows. There is a ground floor addition on the east side that includes three window bays.
