Early-mid C19. Two storeys. Three windows. Faced with cobbles with dressings and quoins of red brick and grey headers. Slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Gabled brick porch. (No 27 is an extension of the building to the south, now stuccoed and wholly modernised).
