Description

Avenals Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is faced with cobbles and has red brick dressings, quoins, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. There is a solid stuccoed porch at the entrance.
