Description

Wayside Cottage is a building that likely dates from the 17th century. It has two storeys and features three windows. The exterior is faced with cobbles, while the east front has painted brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above with a bellcast between. The hipped roof, which was probably originally thatched, is now tiled and includes one "eyebrow" on the east side. The windows are casement style.
