Description
Church Hill House is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It features five windows and three dormers, constructed from red brick. The house has a wooden modillion eaves cornice and a hipped tiled roof, with intact glazing bars. A small brick porch, which is likely an early 20th-century reproduction, has rusticated pilasters made of Roman cement, a curved pediment with modillion cornice on each side, and a semi-circular fanlight above.
