Description
The Merry Harriers Public House is an 18th-century building that has been restored and altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a ground floor made of sandstone rubble with a plinth, while the upper part is dressed in brick and has whitewashed tile hanging. The building has a hipped plain tiled roof and stands two storeys high, with a rebuilt ridge stack located to the left of the center and end rear stacks to the right. There are three windows on both the first and ground floors, all under cambered heads, along with additional 2 and 3-light casements in a pentice to the right. The entrance includes a cambered head door to the left and a half-glazed door to the right. Some of the framing is exposed internally.
