Description
This cottage, located to the north of Titsey Place, was built in 1868 by George Devey. It features rubblestone at the base, with applied timber and rendered infill above, and has plain tiled roofs. The structure has a T-shaped plan and stands two storeys high, with a gabled crosswing on the right side. The first floor juts out on brackets, and the gable has moulded bargeboards along with decorative framing on the first floor. There is one casement window in the gable on the first floor and another window below it. The central entrance is an arched planked door located in a porch with a pentis roof, which is adorned with fishscale tiles.
On the left side of the cottage, there is a central gable featuring cusped bargeboards and a projecting casement window on the first floor, which has panelled sides.
