Description

The Cottage is an early 19th-century, two-storey villa located on Church Street in Reigate. It features three windows with an additional bay on the right side. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a very low pitched slate roof with an eaves cornice. The sash windows, which are set under gauged brick arches, have modern louvred shutters. The entrance is highlighted by pilasters and an open pediment above a modern door that includes a radial fanlight, which has been replaced.
