Description

Felton's Farm Cottage is a 17th-century building located on Old School Lane in Brockham. It stands two storeys high and features tile-hanging on the upper level. The cottage has three windows on the upper floor, consisting of two 2-light casements and one 3-light casement. The lower part of the building is roughcast with a brick sill. There is a wooden boarded door, and the roof is tiled with a chimney breast situated at the southern end. Timber-framing may be exposed within the structure.
