Description

The Ship Public House is a building that dates back to the 17th century, although it has a 19th-century front. Originally a house, it is now used as a public house. The structure is timber framed and covered in incised white-washed render, topped with a 20th-century plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high and features end stacks. On the first floor, there are three 2-light windows, while the ground floor has three tripartite, glazing-bar sash windows. The entrance door is located on the left-hand side of the return front. At the rear, there is a parallel range.
