Description
This is a bridge built in the late 18th century, located approximately 1 metre east of Eynsham Mill. It is constructed from limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. The bridge features a raised band over a round arch and has a stone-coped parapet. Attached to the bridge are limestone rubble weir walls that flank the mill race, extending about 3 metres from both the front and rear. The front walls have mid-19th century engineering brick repairs. This structure is included for its group value with the nearby mill.
