Description
This is an 18th-century house located on the south side of New Street, Chipping Norton. It is a three-storey, three-bay building constructed of coursed and squared rubble stone with stone dressings. The roof is gabled and covered in machine tiles, with a stone stack at the west end. Large-pane sash windows are set within dressed surrounds, each featuring a projecting keystone. A four-panel door is located in the right-hand bay, approached by steps. The building is listed for its group value.
