Description

This is an 18th-century house with 19th-century alterations located on the south side of New Street, Chipping Norton. The house is constructed of coursed rubble stone with stone dressings, and has a gabled roof tiled in stone. It is two storeys high and originally had three bays. The upper floor features 12-pane sashes, while the ground floor has two tripartite sashes, each divided by two Tuscan columns. A central door, dating from the late 19th century, is a six-panel design with a rectangular four-light fanlight and a projecting hood.
