Description
This is a cottage dating from the 18th century, located approximately 3 meters south of Laburnum Cottage, which is not included in this listing. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with stone stacks at each end. It is two stories high and has a two-window range. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century part-glazed door with a wooden lintel above it. On either side of the door, there are three-light casements with wooden lintels on both the ground and first floors. The interior has not been inspected.
