Description
This is a cottage row dating back to the 16th century, with significant remodelling in the 19th and 20th centuries. The exterior is of rubble construction with a roof of Cotswold stone. The building follows a lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with an attic, featuring three gabled half-dormers, each containing glazing bar sash windows. There are three windows in total; two to the right with glazing bar sashes and concrete lintels, and a 20th-century three-light metal casement window to the left, also with a timber lintel. Two entrance doors are present: the left door, numbered 15, is half-glazed, while the right door, numbered 17, is an adapted four-panel door dating from the 17th or early 18th century, and also has a concrete lintel. A large, truncated central chimney and a tall chimney of ashlar are also notable features.
