Description

The John Pinnell memorial is a chest tomb located about 5 meters west-southwest of the porch of the Church of St Mary. It commemorates John Pinnell, who died in 1828. The tomb is made of ashlar and features a tall design with corner quarter balusters, a moulded plinth and cornice, and hipped capping. It has oval panels with corner enrichments. Originally, the tomb was surrounded by railings and is flanked by additional ledgers that cover the family vault.
