The cottage on the west side is a single storey with an attic, consisting of four bays that have two-light wooden casements, gabled stone-tiled dormers, and a rebuilt stone stack on the east side. It has a modern door with a stone-tiled porch. The cottage on the east side is two storeys tall and has one bay with two-light wooden casements, a stone stack at the west end, and a 20th-century door and porch.
