Description

Fairhaven is an 18th-century house with some later rebuilding. It features painted brickwork and a thatched half-hipped roof, with a 20th-century brick ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The house is a single storey with an attic and has a four-window range. There are plank doors located to the left and right of the center. The windows include 2-light casements with segmental brick heads on the left and in the center, and there is a 20th-century bay window to the right of the center. The house also has two swept dormers. The interior has not been inspected. Fairhaven is included for its group value.
