Description
The Mill House is a mill house that likely dates from the mid-17th century, with later alterations. It features a rendered exterior, probably over timber framing, and has an old plain-tile roof. There is a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center and an end stack on the left. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a five-window range. There is probably a 19th-century lean-to addition at the center and right of the ground floor. A 19th-century panelled door is located to the right, while a ribbed door is positioned at the center. The windows are irregularly arranged casements with leaded lights, and there is a gabled full dormer on the right. The interior was not inspected. A 20th-century addition to the right is not of special architectural interest.
