Description

COLESHILL SU2393 Coleshill Park, wall 6/47 extending from Post Office to main gates, including lodge GV II Parkwall. C18. Ten-foot-high wall of rubble stone, dressed stone coping with overhanging eaves and moulded ridge. Section from lodge to gateway opposite Nos 33 and 34 Coleshill is brick-faced to rear. Gateway has ashlar piers and wooden gates. Mid/Late-C19 single-storey lodge, in coursed squared rubble with projecting ashlar quoins and dressings and a Welsh-slate roof with ashlar stacks, has a stone dentil cornice which rises to a small pediment at the north-eastern corner. Windows have 12-pane sashes.
