Description

This garden wall, located approximately 30 metres south of West Hanney House, dates from the 18th century. The lower half of the wall is made of uncoursed stone rubble, while the upper half is constructed from red brick featuring flared headers arranged in Flemish bond. The wall forms an L-shape along the east and south sides of the garden, standing about 3 metres high, with each side measuring approximately 45 metres in length.
